Ted blends compassion, skill-building and action. He draws on Motivational Interviewing, cognitive behavioral and solution-focused approaches, positive psychology and family systems work to help you face challenges and move toward real success and happiness.
Ted sees teens and adults for individual, couples and family sessions, in person or online.
Recovery coaching
Getting sober is a beginning, not the finish line. Recovery coaching focuses on building the life you want in recovery: strengthening relapse-prevention skills, regulating emotions, keeping a positive mindset, and learning how to “flip your life script.”
