Help people find their own reasons to change.
Motivational Interviewing (MI) is one of the most effective ways to talk with people about change. Ted Izydor is a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT). He trains counselors, social workers, and whole agency teams to use MI with confidence.

The skills your team will practice
MI rests on four core skills known as OARS. Together, they help people hear their own reasons for change, and help counselors respond well when people push back.
Two ways to learn MI with Ted
Every training is hands-on. Expect real practice, small groups, and role plays alongside the ideas, so skills carry over to Monday morning. CEUs are available.
